2021-commercial-ribbon-logo-png.pngThe name "La Lechonera" was first introduced as a very popular Cuban restaurant chain in the Miami area in the 1960's, known for its delicious and authentic Cuban food, especially pork dishes.

Customers enjoyed the flavors of their meals so much they began asking for samples of the marinades that were used to marinate the meats. The demand became so high that we began to bottle our marinades soon after under the name La Lechonera Products.

La Lechonera Products is proud to have been the first company to bottle the original "Mojo Criollo" in the United States. Since then we have added our All-Natural Mojo CriolloNaranja Agria (Sour Orange) and Tropical Lemon blend to our product line. In 2022, we added to our lineup, with the introduction of our dried spice rubs, Mojo Dry Rub, Chimi Rub and Sazon Pa'Todo. 2024 brought our new Gourmet Garlic Salt and Carne Asada Rub to the market, as well.

La Lechonera Products is a family owned business now on its third generation of ownership. We have a state of the art processing facility that is held to the highest food safety standards. We also have a solid team of employees, some of which have been here for over 35 years!

From our factory to your home, our original and famous Mojo Criollo blend and other unique marinades have earned us a spot as a kitchen favorite in many households and restaurants for almost 50 years!
